Cosmetic Laser Training and Certification

The International Aesthetic and Laser Association works to develop standards on cosmetic laser training and certification. IALA links our members to exclusive beginner and advanced cosmetic laser training courses. We partner with some of the most elite training organizations in the nation to offer comprehensive and practical training seminars that ensure that all attendees are provided with the tools necessary to practice safely and in compliance with state and federal regulations. These programs are designed for physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, estheticians, business managers, and key staff.  By participating in these informative and helpful training programs, you will stay up-to-date on advanced techniques and current rules and regulations, learn how to avoid some of the common pitfalls of the laser hair removal and cosmetic medical service industry, and network with other industry professionals. IALA also partners with the National Council on Laser Certification (NCLC) to help our members get their cosmetic laser certification. The NCLC offers certification examinations for laser professionals to become Certified Aesthetic Laser Operators and Certified Laser Hair Removal Specialist.
